Meet Rachel, the founder and principal designer behind Studio 1343. Her background in real estate development shapes the way she approaches design.
Rachel believes understanding how a space is built is essential and the foundation to any design. She is drawn to thoughtful interiors, meaningful details, and curated designs that feel both elevated and welcoming. Every project begins with listening—to the space, the client, and the way the environment is meant to be experienced.
The Studio
Studio 1343 was founded on the belief that great design comes from a balance of creativity and structure, with each project shaped by a deeply considered, detail-driven approach. Our background in development allows us to design with intention, foresight, and respect for the full scope of a project—from concept to completion.
Inspired by Los Angeles’ diverse architecture and creative culture, the studio works across both residential and commercial interiors and exteriors in addition to production design. Each project is shaped through a fully considered approach, with careful attention to materials, proportions, and flow, resulting in spaces that feel cohesive, grounded, and enduring.
